1. Services
Rainlight AI provides AI automation consulting and implementation services. Our services include automation audits, custom AI agent development, workflow automation, and ongoing system optimization for businesses.
2. Engagement Terms
All engagements begin with an initial automation audit. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before any project commences. Typical deployment timelines range from 7-60 days depending on scope.
3. Guarantee
We offer a 14-day results guarantee: if you do not see measurable results within 14 days of deployment, we will provide a full refund. Measurable results are defined in the project SOW.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom automation systems, workflows, and integrations built for their business. Rainlight AI retains the right to use anonymized methodologies and frameworks in future work.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rainlight AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
