Nairobi consulting · Remote implementation

AI automation and marketing implementation in Kenya.

Connect the work between your ads, customer conversations and daily operations. Rainlight AI helps you map the process, build the missing connections, test them and hand them over to your team.

For businesses with a real workflow to improve and someone available to own decisions and exceptions. Consulting is available in Nairobi and surrounding areas; delivery can also be remote. We do not receive customers at a public office.

Choose the problem to solve first.

You may need better customer acquisition, more reliable follow-up or less repeated administrative work. We scope the system around that problem rather than adding every tool at once.

Ads and creative

Meta campaign setup and management, with AI-assisted images, videos and copy for creative testing. Agree the offer, budget and approval process before launch.

Understand acquisition and conversion

Lead handling and follow-up

Connect forms and WhatsApp enquiries to qualification, an assigned owner, follow-up and booking. Stop or hand over when a customer opts out, replies or needs a person.

Explore the follow-up workflow

CRM and customer reactivation

Bring lead sources, conversation status and appointments into a usable pipeline. Scope reactivation and review requests around your existing customer permissions and records.

Audit your current lead process

Voice agents and appointment workflows

Scope voice-agent enquiry handling, qualification and booking with clear escalation to your team. Availability, calling permissions and provider costs depend on the proposed setup.

Plan reminders and exceptions

Operations and integrations

Connect existing tools to reduce repeated admin, route work and keep onboarding or reporting consistent. Use deterministic rules where they are sufficient and AI where interpretation is needed.

Landing pages and measurement

Improve opt-in and booking journeys, then connect acquisition source to recorded outcomes. Separate an enquiry, a booking, an attended call and a paying customer.

Calculate your appointment costs

See a short WhatsApp product walkthrough.

Leon explains a sample path from an incoming WhatsApp enquiry to qualification and a booking link, with Chatwoot, n8n and CRM updates behind it. This is a short product demonstration, not a complete implementation tutorial or a customer case study.

Prefer a separate tab, or the player is unavailable? Watch Leon’s WhatsApp walkthrough on YouTube.

The clip’s response-time statement describes the example in the video. It is not an independently measured benchmark or a promised response time. Your setup still needs its own checks for reply quality, permissions, handoff, errors and recorded outcomes.

What an implementation includes.

  1. 01

    Map one workflow

Bring a recent enquiry or repeated task. Identify the starting point, owner, next action, current tools and the cost of missed or repeated work.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope and responsibilities

Define inputs, access, permitted actions, delivery milestones and acceptance checks in a proposal. Confirm which accounts and decisions stay with your team.

  3. 03

Build and test the important cases

Test normal input, duplicates, missing information, reschedules, opt-outs and provider failures as relevant. Use synthetic data before connecting live customer activity.

  4. 04

    Handover and ongoing operation

Agree documentation, training, support and monitoring before launch. Decide who handles alerts and changes, and how the workflow can be paused.

For solar installers and other service businesses.

For a solar installer, the first workflow might connect an ad enquiry to location and project qualification, an assigned salesperson, a site visit and quote follow-up. It is a proposed process to adapt to your business, not a claim of client results.

Rainlight also serves businesses outside solar. The consultation checks your actual process, capacity and tools before recommending a scope.

Costs, ownership and realistic expectations.

Implementation is scoped after reviewing the process. Ask for setup and ongoing costs separately: advertising spend, hosting, messaging, voice usage, AI/API usage and third-party subscriptions can all affect the total. The proposal should identify each cost, who pays it and what support is included.

Account ownership, permissions, data access and handover responsibilities are agreed before the build. Your team approves sensitive actions and owns customer decisions. No ranking, lead volume, sales or revenue outcome is guaranteed by this page.
